Make A Wreath With A Clothes Hanger
Here is a video that shows very simple way to make a burlap wreath. All you need for this project is a clothes hanger and 10 yards of 5 inch burlap ribbon.
You will see that the clothes hanger is bent into a circle and the burlap is woven over it. In the comments on this video, some people remarked about the burlap not staying in place one it was completed. In this case you may want to go in between some of the twist on the wreath and add a touch of hot glue.

Cut the clothes hanger to a shorter length and you may also want to use a smaller width burlap ribbon to scale it down a little. Measure it to fit around a large candle for example. Leave it as is if you like that look, or add colored ribbon, flowers or other pieces to bring in some color.
